Domestic Teams

TEAM LEADER BENEFITS
  • $15K Cap
  • $149 Monthly
  • 5% or more TL Split*

* Team Leaders must charge a minimum of 5% split on agents’ deals on top of the company split. Teams may charge more than 5% additional split to maximum of 50/50 total for the agent.

Minimum productivity rules and restrictions apply to teams. Reach out to your supervisor for more information.

A Traditional Team consists of a group of 5 or more agents consisting of a team leader, team members, and support staff (optional).

Unofficial Teams keep their regular structure (no team leads, additional splits, etc) but share the same name for marketing, work together, share leads, and more.
