This program is designed for industry professionals who already have relationships and influence with real estate agents, but who are not licensed real estate agents themselves.
When an agent you introduce joins Epique Realty, you earn a portion of the company’s commission revenue generated from that agent’s production.

How to qualify
Must Not Be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
Applicants cannot hold an active real estate license. Licensed agents should join Epique Realty directly as agents.
Must Have an Existing Presence in the Real Estate Industry
Applicants must already have meaningful relationships with licensed real estate agents. This is not for general social media influencers.
Spouses of Agents Must Independently Qualify
Spouses may apply only if they independently meet the qualifications and genuinely operate within the real estate ecosystem.
Must Maintain an Active Membership
Approved influencers maintain an active membership with a program fee of $99 per month.

Submit the Influencer Application
The influencer candidate must personally complete the application. Applications submitted by agents on behalf of another person will not be reviewed.
Application Review
The Epique Influencer Team will review your application and respond within 3–5 business days.
Interview
Qualified applicants meet with the Head of the Epique Influencer Program to discuss their background and industry relationships.
Final Approval & Enrollment
If approved, you will receive a secure link to complete the agreement and submit the $99 monthly membership fee.

Is there a fee to participate?
Yes. The program requires a $99 monthly membership fee.
Can I be licensed but not practicing?
No. Influencers must be completely unlicensed. Licensed agents should join Epique Realty directly if they want to participate in revenue share.
Can I sign up as an LLC?
Yes. Influencers may enroll as an individual or as an LLC.
Do influencers receive all Epique benefits?
No. Influencers only receive access to the Epique Revenue Share Dashboard. They do not receive agent tools, brokerage services, training platforms, or other Epique agent benefits.
I'm an agent and want to enroll my spouse as an influencer. Is that allowed?
Only if the spouse independently qualifies as a legitimate influencer within the real estate industry. In most cases, the answer is no.
Do I need to sell real estate or handle transactions?
No. Influencers do not participate in transactions or brokerage activity. The role is limited to introducing agents to Epique Realty.
When will I know if my application is approved?
Applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Can I cancel the program?
Yes. Influencers may cancel their membership at any time.
